The Right Lever
Shifts the Paradigm
Hire me directly to find what's actually worth building or fixing in your business, and drive it to done. Product business or services business, the job is the same.
Move the two numbers you already know. The third is the part nobody puts on a slide.
I Don't Have a Product.
I Am the Product.
Every page you land on is trying to sell you something. A tool, a deck, a team on a slide. Let me not do that.
I don't have a product to put in front of you. I have me. One person, a decade of reps, and the kind of judgment you only get from doing this for real, on my own ventures and plenty of other people's. So let me talk to you the way I'd want it if I were sitting where you are.
The "how" is cheap now. Anyone can execute, and AI made it nearly free. What's rare, and what almost nobody actually sells you, is knowing what's worth building or fixing in the first place. Most teams never get there. They solve the problem you said out loud and miss the one sitting underneath it.
Finding that problem, and then owning it, is the work. It's why I come in as an operating partner instead of a vendor. I embed in your business and move in every direction it needs, product, delivery, sales, and the machine that holds them together. Fast, though the speed sits on 10 years of reps, not a shortcut.
I won't hand you a plan and disappear, and I won't tell you what you want to hear. I'll tell you what's worth building, what isn't, and where I can actually move the needle, then I stay next to the problem until it's handled.
A product business and a services business tend to break in the same places, which is the part most people don't expect. I've built and run both, so I can fix both. And I'm still running my own ventures while I do it, which means I'm in the same arena I'd send you into, not calling it from the stands.
No product to demo. Just me, and how I work.
Small change in the right place, and the whole system moves.
That's the Paradigm Shift.

How I Work
How I run an engagement. Five things that don't change, and the three steps to start.
Resolution, Not a Solution
Most teams answer the problem you stated. I dig out the one underneath and fix that.
The What Before the How
Anyone can execute now. Knowing what's worth building or fixing is the rare part, so it comes first.
I Own the Outcome, Not a Deck
I don't hand you a plan and walk off. I'm on the team and accountable for the result.
The Truth, Even When It Costs Me
I'll tell you what not to build, and where I'm not the right person, before I tell you what you want to hear.
Yours to Keep, Not to Rent
No lock-in. You own the code, the specs, and the plan from day one.
The Work Trail
Operators and teams I'm embedded with, and what I run for them.

Driven to Done
Real products, real numbers. What I took from a mess to a shipped thing that moved something.

Let's Get
to Work
Bring me in and we get into it. I dig into what you're building, tell you what's actually worth doing and what isn't, and we take it from there.
Work With MeQuestions
Good. I work alongside them, not over them. I take load off, sharpen what's working, and coach as I go so your people come out stronger. I don't replace teams, I make them faster.
I embed as your Operating Partner, in your tools, on your timeline, same urgency as you. It's me, not a rotating bench of specialists. I do the real work and I'm accountable for the outcome, not a deck.
Product companies pushing toward and past $1M ARR, and services businesses or agencies scaling past $500K toward the same. The common thread is you need someone who can see the whole board and get it done, not a cheap dev shop or a strategy deck.
Then I build on them. I improve, I don't overthrow. I keep what works and fix the parts holding up your speed to market.
NDAs as standard, covering your business and your clients. I operate at the same discretion as your own team.
Everything is yours to keep: code, specs, plans, the lot. No lock-in. I hand over clean, with documentation, so it sticks long after I step back.
Most see real movement in delivery and product quality inside 60 days. Revenue impact usually starts to land around months 3 to 4 as the new process takes hold.
Custom, to scope. It depends on what you actually need, which is what the first paid step is for. The default is an ongoing retainer with direct access to me. I cap at 2 to 3 clients at a time on purpose.
A consultant hands you advice and leaves the doing to you. I'm on the team, sharing the work and the accountability. My success is your growth, not the delivery of a report.
A paradigm is the whole way something works. The fastest way to shift how a business works isn't a new tool or a bigger team, it's the right lever in the right place. The right Pro is that lever. (Yes, it sounds a touch grand. It's earned.)
