The Right Lever
Shifts the Paradigm

Hire me directly as your Operating Partner to find what's actually worth building or fixing in your business, and drive it to done. Product business or services business, the job is the same.

Only a few clients at a time. Capped on purpose.
The Cost of Not Knowing

Move the two numbers you already know. The third is the part nobody puts on a slide.

I Don't Have a Product
I Am the Product

Every page you land on is trying to sell you something. A tool, a deck, a team on a slide. Let me not do that.

I don't have a product to put in front of you. I have me. One person, a decade of reps, and the kind of judgment you only get from doing this for real, on my own ventures and plenty of other people's. So let me talk to you the way I'd want it if I were sitting where you are.

The "how" is cheap now. Anyone can execute, and AI made it nearly free. What's rare, and what almost nobody actually sells you, is knowing what's worth building or fixing in the first place. Most teams never get there. They solve the problem you said out loud and miss the one sitting underneath it.

Finding that problem, and then owning it, is the work. It's why I come in as an operating partner instead of a vendor. I embed in your business and move in every direction it needs, product, delivery, sales, and the machine that holds them together. Fast, though the speed sits on 10 years of reps, not a shortcut.

I won't hand you a plan and disappear, and I won't tell you what you want to hear. I'll tell you what's worth building, what isn't, and where I can actually move the needle, then I stay next to the problem until it's handled.

A product business and a services business tend to break in the same places, which is the part most people don't expect. I've built and run both, so I can fix both. And I'm still running my own ventures while I do it, which means I'm in the same arena I'd send you into, not calling it from the stands.

No product to demo. Just me, and how I work.

Small change in the right place, and the whole system moves.
That's the Paradigm Shift.

How I Work

How I run an engagement. Five things that don't change, no matter who I'm working with.

01

Resolution, Not a Solution

Most teams answer the problem you stated. I dig out the one underneath and fix that.

02

The What Before the How

Anyone can execute now. Knowing what's worth building or fixing is the rare part, so it comes first.

03

I Own the Outcome, Not a Deck

I don't hand you a plan and walk off. I'm on the team and accountable for the result.

04

The Truth, Even When It Costs Me

I'll tell you what not to build, and where I'm not the right person, before I tell you what you want to hear.

05

Yours to Keep, Not to Rent

No lock-in. You own the code, the specs, and the plan from day one.

Driven to Done

Real products, real numbers. What I took from a mess to a shipped thing that moved something.

He got up to speed on a genuinely complex domain, ESOPs and Business Succession, faster than people who'd spent years in it, and led the Product Discovery that turned it into interactive tools business owners can actually use.

Owners who used to pay an advisor $30,000 to $50,000 for a feasibility study just to get started can now work through much of it on their own.

If you want a Product Partner who moves your mission forward, Saqib is who I'd call first.

Executive Director · The Baker Project

I run a Web Design and Development Agency based out of US. Saqib was crucial in helping my Agency grow and sell. We did over $300K in sales in 2022 and Saqib was a big part of it.

Saqib also led an entire design and development team, made executive decisions on projects, and built relationships with our clients who were extremely happy.

Saqib is someone who takes ownership and accountability of everything and turns in great work 100% of the time.

His strategic approach to UX and backlog management, plus his ability to mobilise his network for critical needs, makes him invaluable to our team.

I hired Saqib to manage the product discovery, market research and project management for one of my clients based in USA, who is building a CRM.

Saqib has been terrific so far and has helped the client raise a $250k seed round. 100% recommend to others, and I will be using him to manage my other client projects.

I have worked with Saqib directly in Crowdbotics, where he was responsible for managing a couple of high importance projects. He is a great researcher, able to collect information from various resources and strategize the best path forward for the success of complex projects.

I was also impressed by his ability to leave great first impressions in the clients and internal parties he interacted with.

I would recommend working with him.

When I see the phrase self motivated, Saqib embodies this. He excelled at learning the role and requirements in record time.

He brought in his previous experience with marketing and SEO to solve our customer's problems and make recommendations. He partnered with our existing product team to plot our process and identified gaps and solutions.

We wouldn't have made the progress we have without his knowledge and leadership.

Saqib got up to speed quickly and became an integral part of the team in no time. He was highly responsive and communicative, consistently providing proactive updates and clear visibility into progress.

A strong cross-functional collaborator, he worked seamlessly with everyone and earned universal respect and appreciation across the team.

My only regret is that we didn't get to work together longer.

Saqib is one of the most versatile and knowledgeable people I have ever met in tech. He has a wealth of experience and expertise across various domains, and technology is his passion, which he channels by being an awesome all-rounder Product Manager.

He is the actual know-it-all and done-it-all kind of person, but in a humble and helpful way.

It is constant learning with him, and I highly recommend him for any role that requires technical excellence, creativity, and innovation.

Saqib is an absolute execution machine. While others are still mapping out plans, he's already halfway there, driving results with relentless focus and speed.

He doesn't just push projects forward, he powers through obstacles, making things happen when others say it can't be done.

If you want someone who doesn't just talk about getting things done but actually delivers every single time, Saqib's the guy.

I've had the privilege of working with Saqib for over two years, and we managed to set up three tech companies and make them 5x more profitable. It's almost annoying how fast and efficient he is.

If you're looking for someone to make you feel like you're slacking while he casually fixes your entire business, Saqib's your guy.

Looks like I'll be stuck calling him for all my future ventures.

Questions

You hire me directly through the Work With Me link. The first paid step is where we sort the situation, the fit, and the direction, and the engagement scopes from there. I skip the free discovery call and the proposal ping-pong.

Good. I work alongside them, not over them. I take load off, sharpen what's working, and coach as I go so your people come out stronger. I don't replace teams, I make them faster.

I embed as your Operating Partner, in your tools, on your timeline, same urgency as you. It's me, not a rotating bench of specialists. I do the real work and I'm accountable for the outcome, not a deck.

Product companies pushing toward and past $1M ARR, and services businesses or agencies scaling past $500K toward the same. The common thread is you need someone who can see the whole board and get it done, not a cheap dev shop or a strategy deck.

Both, as long as there's something real to run. Early teams get direction before they burn the runway. Established ones get a fix for whatever stopped working as they grew.

Then I build on them. I improve, I don't overthrow. I keep what works and fix the parts holding up your speed to market.

Then I'm not your guy, and I'll say so on the first call. Advice is cheap and everywhere. What I actually do is own the outcome, and that only works when I'm in the work with you.

NDAs as standard, covering your business and your clients. I operate at the same discretion as your own team.

Everything is yours to keep: code, specs, plans, the lot. No lock-in. I hand over clean, with documentation, so it sticks long after I step back.

Most see real movement in delivery and product quality inside 60 days. Revenue impact usually starts to land around months 3 to 4 as the new process takes hold.

Custom, to scope. It depends on what you actually need, which is what the first paid step is for. The default is an ongoing retainer with direct access to me. I cap at 2 to 3 clients at a time on purpose.

Call it what you like. A Management Consultant hands you advice and leaves the doing to you. A Fractional COO runs one function. I'm an Operating Partner. I embed and own the outcome.

An agency sells you a team and a scope. You get me, directly, owning the outcome, with nobody sitting between you and the person doing the work.

I won't rubber-stamp a plan I don't believe in, and I won't take work I can't actually move. If the real fix needs someone I'm not, I'll tell you and point you their way.

Pakistan, working with clients across the US, UK, and Australia. A decade of remote delivery, so timezones are a non-issue. I work on your schedule.

A paradigm is the whole way something works. The fastest way to shift how a business works isn't a new tool or a bigger team, it's the right lever in the right place. The right Pro is that lever. (Yes, it sounds a touch grand. It's earned.)
