Your next hire shouldn't be a hire. It should be a product partner who sits in your team, sharpens your stack, and helps you sell work you couldn't before.
See Pricing ➜$30/hr agencies and $100/hr agencies build the same tech. The difference is process. Here's where yours is leaking.
You jump from sales call to code. No research, no validation, no blueprint.
We Fix This
We run structured discovery before any build starts — questionnaires, deep-dives, and a documented PRD your team builds from.
Requirements live in Slack threads and call recordings nobody rewatches.
We Fix This
Every requirement, assumption, and decision gets recorded. Documented scope is defensible scope.
Feedback never ends. Designs get approved then rejected two weeks later.
We Fix This
Three structured feedback rounds per phase. Once approved, it's locked. Changes become documented change requests.
Owner emails Monday, Slacks Tuesday, calls Wednesday. Nobody knows which channel to trust.
We Fix This
Dedicated channels by priority. Structured client check-ins. Every call gets a documented summary.
15 projects running. 6 should've closed months ago. Your best people are spread across everything.
We Fix This
Qualification filters before you commit. Sprint cadence with defined endpoints. Projects that actually close.
The agencies that scale aren't the ones that work harder.
They're the ones that deliver smarter.

What Partners Say
He excels as an embedded product owner and UX lead. His leadership, agile expertise, and workshop facilitation drove outstanding results across the engagement. His ability to manage backlogs and mobilise the right resources when it mattered made him invaluable to our team.
Scott Pyke
CPO, Payroll Standard
He got up to speed quickly and became an integral part of the team. A strong cross-functional collaborator who worked seamlessly across the org and earned universal respect. High-quality work that moved things forward with confidence and precision.
Matte Jaffe
Director of Product, Marketplaces, Upwork
Always a pleasure. Excellent work ethic, always goes above and beyond. As an agency CEO, there's no one more versatile. He understood our business, our clients, and delivered every time.
Alex Kuznetsof
CEO, DONEHQ
Saqib was crucial in helping our agency grow. We did over $300K in sales and he was a big part of it — product managing enterprise clients, building scalable processes, and leading the full design and development team.
Rohit Maharjan
CEO, Wicked Websites
A great researcher who can pull information from multiple sources and chart the best path forward on complex projects. His ability to leave strong first impressions with clients and internal stakeholders is something I rarely see.
Ozan Dagdeviren
Product Lead, Crowdbotics
He partnered with our existing product team, identified the gaps, and built solutions. He took on every aspect of our process he could to contribute and grow. We wouldn't have made the progress we have without his knowledge and leadership.
Breann Johnson
Product Lead, CitrusBits

We embed as your product team so you can take on more — and keep your word.
Check Your Fit ➜
Can I start with just the base?
Yes. Most agencies start with the Product Partner retainer and add modules as their pipeline grows. You don't need to bundle everything upfront. Start with what hurts most, usually the gap between client briefs and build-ready specs.
What if I need everything?
Base plus all four add-ons runs $12,000/month. That's a full embedded product team — PM, dev, design, QA, and client-facing support — for less than a single mid-level PM hire in the US. And you can scale it back any month the pipeline is lighter.
Is there a minimum commitment?
Month-to-month. We earn the next month by delivering this one. No long-term contracts. If we're not adding value, you shouldn't be paying us.
Can I swap add-ons month to month?
Yes. Your pipeline changes, your add-ons change with it. Scale up before a big launch, scale down during quieter months. The point is you get capacity without permanent headcount.
How fast can you start?
Two weeks from agreement to embedded and working. We onboard fast because we've done this across dozens of agency partnerships. We know how to plug into your tools, your cadence, and your workflow without slowing you down.
Our agency already has project managers. Why do we need you?
Most agency PMs are great at managing timelines and client comms. What they usually don't do is product strategy: discovery, scoping, requirements definition, prioritization.
We're not replacing your PMs. We're giving them better inputs so they stop managing chaos and start managing execution.
What if our clients won't pay for discovery?
They're already paying for it, buried in your change orders, rework cycles, and overruns. The average agency eats 15–20% of project value in scope translation costs.
We help you package discovery as a paid phase or bake it into project pricing so you stop subsidizing bad briefs.
Most agencies struggle with documentation. How are you different?
Most agencies don't document because they don't have a process worth documenting. They take requirements over email, confirm a feature list on a call, and start building. Then scope drifts, nobody can trace what was agreed, and change requests turn into arguments.
We're documentation-first. Every requirement, every assumption, every decision gets recorded and reasoned. Not for the sake of paperwork. Documented scope is defensible scope. When a client says 'that's not what I meant,' you have a record. When your dev team asks 'why are we building this?' there's an answer.
Our outputs aren't decks that collect dust. They're PRDs, user flows, prioritized backlogs, and acceptance criteria your dev team builds from. Documentation that explains the why, not just the what.
We've always just figured it out as we go. Why change?
And you've eaten the cost every time scope drifted. Here's the pattern we see in every agency that figures it out: you start building from a vague brief, the client changes their mind halfway through, your team rebuilds 30% of the work, and your margins disappear. The project that was supposed to close in 8 weeks drags to 14.
Discovery doesn't slow you down. It prevents the rework that actually kills timelines. A two-week discovery sprint at the front saves you four weeks of rework at the back.
What does your process look like inside our agency?
We follow a structured approach: daily comms through your existing tools, dedicated task documentation on every project, and clear stakeholder check-ins. We don't bring our own framework and force it on you. We improve what you already have.
Every task gets a definition, criteria, and end goal. Anything discussed on a call gets documented on the ticket, not buried in Slack. Blockers get flagged in real time, not discovered in retrospectives. Your team has a single place to see what's on fire and what's on track.
Think of it as installing the process discipline most agencies know they need but never get around to building.
What happens when the project ends?
Everything is documented and structured for handoff. Your team can continue without us. No proprietary tools, no lock-in, no dependency. That's the point: we build the process and documentation so your team can operate from it independently.
What size agencies do you work with?
Typically 5 to 50 employees, $500K to $5M in revenue. Agencies large enough to have complex client projects and real delivery challenges, but not large enough to justify a full-time product strategist on payroll.
If you're smaller, you need to nail sales first. If you're bigger, we can still help, but the engagement looks different.
How do you help us move upmarket?
Most agencies get stuck selling execution: 'we design and build websites.' That's a commodity. The agencies charging $100 per hour instead of $30 have one thing the others don't: process. And the ones winning quarter-million contracts? Branding on top of process.
We help you add a strategic layer — discovery, scoping, product strategy — that lets you sell smarter work at higher rates. When you can show a client a documented discovery output before writing a line of code, you're not competing with the cheapest dev shop anymore.
Where did the name ProParadigm come from?
It's about shifting perspectives to unlock hidden potential. Sounds a bit AI-generated, we know. But you'd be surprised how small changes in process lead to massive impact, and we're 'Pro' at paradigm shifts.
