These terms cover the use of theproparadigm.com. They do not cover any engagement you and I enter into. Engagement terms are agreed separately, in writing, before work starts.

What this site is

A marketing page describing how to hire Saqib Tahir directly, operating as The ProParadigm. It is informational. Nothing here is an offer, a quote, or a binding commitment to take on work.

Engagements start elsewhere

Every call to action here routes to my Upwork service listing. Contracting, payment, and dispute handling for work booked through Upwork are governed by Upwork's own terms between you, me, and them. Work agreed directly runs on a separate written agreement.

Capacity is capped at two to three clients at a time, so an enquiry is not a guarantee of availability. If I am not the right person for the work, I will say so.

Claims and results on this page

The case studies, outcomes, and figures shown here describe real engagements. They are what happened in those specific situations with those specific teams, and they are not a promise of the same result for you. Client names appear with permission; one engagement is shown without a name because it is under NDA.

Testimonials are real, attributed, and lightly edited for length only. Each one links to the person who gave it.

Content and marks

The copy, design, and brand marks on this site belong to The ProParadigm. Third-party names and logos in the Work Trail and the testimonials belong to their respective owners and appear to describe real working relationships, not to imply endorsement of anything beyond that.

You are welcome to quote or link to this page. Do not reproduce it wholesale or present the work shown here as your own.
